Overview

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Ph.D. or ABD in organizational behavior, strategic management, or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution is required.
  • Applicants who are ABD with a dissertation defense date and completing all degree requirements before December 31st, 2024 will be considered.
  • The applicant must have completed 19 graduate credit hours in management from an AACSB-accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An established record of scholarship in organizational behavior, strategic management, or a closely related field.
  • Teaching experience in both face-to-face and online asynchronous modalities.
