Overview

Wesleyan College invites applications for a full time, Assistant Professor of Business, with teaching duties starting August 1, 2024. Qualifications include an earned master’s degree in business, with strong preference given to PhD or DBA applicants, and the ability to teach multiple sections of business courses, with preference given to applicants who can teach courses in finance, business analytics or digital marketing/advertising. Experience teaching online and graduate students would be beneficial. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to the mission of the college and to high academic standards, as well as interest in department and college initiatives, specifically mentoring women in business. This is a three-year renewable contract. Faculty are expected to teach 21 credits per year and engage in scholarship and service to the college. Faculty rank is negotiable for exceptional candidates.
