Overview

The Assistant Professor position in the Management/HRM Department for the Sorrell College of Business is a full-time, tenure-track faculty position with a ten-month appointment to begin August 1, 2024. This position is responsible for teaching management and/or human resource management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; providing instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats; conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations; advising students; and providing service to the Department, College, University, and community.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in management, human resource management, or a related field from an AACSB accredited university (ABDs within one year of completion will be considered).
