Overview

The Department of Business, Organizations and Society (BOS) at Franklin and Marshall College seeks applications for two (2) one-year visiting positions in the area of Management starting July 1, 2019. Appointments will be at the Visiting Instructor or Visiting Assistant Professor ranks, depending on qualifications. We especially seek faculty interested in teaching in a liberal arts context.

Applicants should possess or be very close to completing a doctorate in management, strategy, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, or another closely related area. We have a particular need for applicants with the ability to teach strategic management. In general, applicants should be qualified to teach courses in at least two of the following disciplines: strategy, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, social issues in management, or another closely related discipline.

THE COLLEGE: Franklin & Marshall College is a small (2,400 undergraduates) highly selective, residential liberal arts college with a fully integrated business program.
