The Marketing Department in the LeBow College of Business invites applications for an Assistant/ Associate Clinical Professor of Marketing to begin September 1, 2019. This is a full-time non-tenure track position.

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and masters level quantitative marketing/marketing analytics courses in person at the Drexel University LeBow Main Campus and online, as well as develop new courses in quantitative marketing/marketing analytics. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be assigned a minimum teaching load equivalent to 27-36 quarter credits of course instruction, distributed across the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer quarters.

Required Ph.D. or ABD in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Requires successful experience in teaching quantitative marketing/marketing analytics at the undergraduate and graduate level. Commitment to working with diverse student populations, and commitment to equity in education at all levels. Commitment to the use of technology as an instructional tool. Strong collegial and collaborative skills.

Required: PhD or ABD in Marketing or related field from an AACSB institution. Evidence of scholarly potential.

Successful experience in teaching at the both undergraduate and graduate level.

Experience with and commitment to working with diverse student populations and commitment to equity in education at all levels.

Experience and/or commitment to the use of technology as an instructional tool. Strong collegial and collaborative skills.

Essential Functions
The Assistant/Associate Clinical Professor of Marketing will perform the following duties:

  • Teach courses in Quantitative Marketing. Engage in appropriate research/scholarly activities to maintain AQ status in disciplinary
  • field(s); scholarly work may include conference presentations, refereed publications, and other scholarly works.
  • Participate in service activities on campus and in the community.
